Picture taken in the middle of our first soft open —just hours after we passed our final inspection—and pretty well sums up how we’re doing.

We’d been brewing beer at home for over 25 (Jonathan)/over 20 (Susan) years and it had always occupied some part of our minds that ultimately, we’d spend a good portion of our days in a brewery. Way back when, we didn’t know what shape that would take or when, but we’re here now, ready to share our own space and creations with you!
